Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. However, appointment availability is subject to our schedule and service area.

Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Service Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes ensuring that the area is clear of personal belongings, furniture is moved if desired, and pets are secured.

Pricing and Payment

Estimates

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted upon inspection of the actual conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, other payment arrangements may be available.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to carpets, upholstery, or flooring
  • Damage caused by previous cleaning attempts or treatments
  • Stains that cannot be removed due to the nature of the stain or carpet condition
  • Damage to items not removed from the service area
  • Damage caused by pets or pet waste

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
